Firstly I’d just like to say that Jim is a absolute gentleman and very professional, he brought to my attention important issues with my car that other body shops may overlook, there is a lady that works with him, she is very kind and professional too, the work on my car was excellent and can see practically no difference from the repairs and repairs were fast. The whole process was made easy. From getting an estimate, to picking up the car when it was finished was a breeze. Communication was the best. I got updates at least every other day, which is greatly appreciated as life is busy and allowed me to plan ahead. Thank you for a seamless experience.
