Jim and his team always go above AND beyond. Their work is superb (my car looks like the day I got it from the dealership!), and the coordination with the insurance company is seamless. Jim even went to bat for me when he was told by the insurance company that some aspects of the repair may not be covered. I will always take my car to Water’s and consistently recommend them! 5 STARS
