I had to pay for a xtra week of rental due to their lack of not having my aftermarket chrome columns not being shipped expeditiously. Then once received they didn't match the other side of car. He had the nerve to complain that he had paid for 2 car washes. I notified the male office guy via phone on Monday that I would not be picking up the car incomplete. He kept attempting to convince me that Geico would not pay for after parts. NOT TRUE Had the interior not been detailed, I would have given a ONE Rating!
