After being involved in a hit-and-run (thankfully there was a witness), I had to decide where to take my Audi for repairs. I debated going directly through Audi, but after reading the reviews for Webber Collision, I decided to trust a local business instead — and I’m so glad I did. From the beginning, they were professional, communicative, and transparent. Because they have a working relationship with the at-fault driver’s insurance company, they initially relayed that the insurance wanted to repair my bumper instead of replace it. However, after discussing my concerns, the team truly advocated for me. They communicated clearly with the insurance company and emphasized that replacement was important for safety reasons. Thanks to their persistence and professionalism, the bumper was replaced properly. Not only was the work done fairly quickly, but the quality is outstanding. My car looks amazing — you would never know it had been damaged. The attention to detail and craftsmanship were truly impressive. Going through a hit-and-run is stressful enough, but Webber Collision Center made the repair process smooth and reassuring. I’m incredibly grateful for their integrity, skill, and commitment to doing the job the right way. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing collision repair.
