Kinda torn, had another vehicle in a month before and was completed very quickly, the last one took longer than it should have

I was disappointed in the length of time for the repair, I understand recieving parts is out of your control, but when I told them more than once to make sure all the parts were ordered, then they had to order one more part after my truck went in for repairs, it added over two weeks to the time I was without my vehicle. All because they just took pictures of the vehicle and didn't have anyone actually take a look at it.

The dent in the rocker panel was not fixed when I was told it was done. My wife picked up the pickup. I looked at it when I got home with a flashlight and seen that it wasn't fixed. Called next day to address this. Said bring it in and we will get to it right away. Did say was sorry it was missed. Wish I could post a picture of it.
