Interactions and conversations were always polite and courteous. Them reaching out and sharing updates during the process didn't ever happen. I received no status updates unless I contacted them. Three weeks with vehicle in the shop with no word from them, I initiated contact. Was told repairs would take 10-12 days, vehicle returned 28 days later.
