Car damage repaired. Driver side of vehicle rear had new damage which looked like battery acid was spilled on it. Kevin of west collision has asked me to call middle of February to set a time for repair the new damage

The repairs were not complete. There was a small area on the trunk not painted, gas door release button not put back in place and I was driving the car and it just shut off. When I lifted the hood, the negative battery terminal had popped off as it had not been tightened and the plastic area under under rhe battery was not secured. Had I been traveling at a high rate of speed and the car shut off, due to the battery terminal coming off, it could have been a dangerous situation. Because the car shut off, I was not able to steer the car at all. The car looks fantastic, but I feel these oversights should not have happened. Especially the battery terminal and gas door release button.

Depends on the newness of the vehicle. They were not equipped to handle the internal damage. Software was not equipped to handle a new vehicle.
