I have had great experiences in the past so I would still recommend, would just caution that it’s not as good as it used to be.

Just not quite the level of thorough good work I remember before. I had to call each week for an update. No one ever reached out to me to let me know the status as they said they would. After picking it up I had to bring it back after going to get my inspection done and they told me there was a crack in the washer fluid reservoir and it wouldn’t hold anything. The car inside was totally dusty from whatever they did.

It wasn't a repair, the truck didn't have the LPO items done when I picked it up. Mike in sales did everything to get it corrected and to make it so it wasn't an inconvenience to me since I live 60 miles away. Only problem I had was I had my truck 2 days before it went back to get the options added that weren't done. Then it took 2 weeks before I got it back so I got to enjoy the new vehicle for 16 days out of the 1st month. Wasn't a big deal but just a pain that the dealership in Hamburg where the truck came from didn't do any of the LPO items. The truck didn't even have floor mats, carpeted or all weather when it arrived at East Syracuse. I like the truck and Mike in sales is awesome and like the dealership or I wouldn't drive 60 miles to deal with.
