It took over a month for the repair but my car looks great. I guess good things come to those who wait. ☺️ I appreciated the communication West Herr had with the other insurance company to help move things along when more parts were needed and cost was increasing. I also appreciated the updates from Amanda. In the end, Ken was very helpful when I returned and told him my back up camera wasn’t working. He was very patient and explained what happened and fixed the issue.

west herr collision was fantastic to work with. from day one Zack and his team worked to make the process as easy as possible for me. my car is newer and I was sick over the damage but it was repaired as good as new. the team was always available to give me updates and reassure me of the process.
