I already have. I love telling the West Herr story to anyone who will listen. I have had the good fortune during my lifetime to meet some very interesting and successful business leaders. Without missing a beat, I place Scott Bieler at the top of that list and his greatest qualities--humbless, customer service, and paying it forward. A class act.

This is my second time in for a repair in a year and I seriously hope it is my last. However, the service extended by Zachery and the entire at West Herr Collision on Camp Road was exceptional. They make a bad situation easy to take because of their knowledge, the ease in which they work with the insurance companies and their connections with the rent a car facility next door. It was top notch and the customer service was typical West Herr--over the top.

Had my car from 11/12 until 12/17 which I feel was a lot longer than it should've taken. My rental under the insurance company expired but the dealer picked up the remaining rental days for me.
