Once again you've confused me with another customer. I picked my 4Runner up on February 3rd. I'm upset for a number of reasons. 1. You had me deliver the vehicle before you had parts. 2. Tina called and said my vehicle was ready when she confused me with another 4Runner. She was embarrassed and said she would call. 3. I called a few days later and she said you asked Allstate for a added part the fog light. 4. I called and was told the light arrived damaged and it would be overnight delivered. That was a Friday. 5. I received my vehicle the next Wednesday. 6. I was given a Land Rover that was a premium loaner that I did not request. The extra charges exceed $400. I'm not sure if I should send you or Enterprise the bill. John Shaflucas
