Happy with the repair work. A little disappointed in the status updates when it took longer than anticipated. First text after drop off said we would get updates and we didn’t get any until it was ready to pick up. We had to call the office for status updates

I was taken aback when I got my car back and saw the lack of care and attention to detail. It was covered in a bluish powder substance inside and out. I assume it was the owner who brushed it off when I brought it to his attention. Also the tail light was supposed to be fixed and the owner seemed surprised. The original estimator took note of it but the person said it wasn’t listed. He quickly tried to buff it out while the estimator attempted to clean the car. The mark is still on the tail light and I had to take my car to get cleaned after.

I am amazed at the quality of work on my rear bumper and also the speed I received my truck back in better than original condition. I will return if I need more work done. Hopefully not from a collision.
