The repairs were done to my satisfaction. There was a delay with parts, which should have been ready due to the 3 month waiting time to bring my car in. Otherwise I am very pleased with the repairs.

There are scratches that occured while my truck is in your custody. One near the antenna and a couple near the lower left tail gate. Additionally The bumper is misaligned. I have left the truck for these issue to be corrected.

The intake at the front wasn't the best experience. I had to wait for someone to come to the front. Even though people were sitting in thier desk in the offices. At the pick up of my vehicle I notice other customers waiting as well. There was people in the office but they shut the door and didn't even greet or ask them if they needed help.

Never properly fixed, never even fixed the front of the vehicle, was not ready first time when they said it was since they had not repaired all damage, installed rear windshield wiper improperly, did not test or confirm if all replacement parts work properly, left entire vehicle extremely dirty, could not bother to clean battery terminals to let car hold a charge and told us it was our issue to clean and replace even though this could have been easily performed. Felt outstanding issues were better off fixed elsewhere due to poor workmanship and inability to perform work properly the first or second time
