On 2012 charger horn was not reconnected bumper cover missing half of the retainer clips and wiring left dangling and not clipped bacon to radiator support. Not a good job

Very friendly customer service. Unsatisfied with how long they scheduled out a bumper and a fender and a fog light dates being from 10/6/2022 till 1/16/2023. There’s a run on the clear coat and the fender does not match up very well on the passenger side. Rear passenger seats were put up into the upright position. Makes me think that it was used for personal use.

The windshield reservoir is probably missing a gage. I bought 1 gallon of the correct fluid. All of it went in . Indicator says it need more. Annoying!!

Color is spot on only complaint is my trunk don’t pop open. I have to pull it up with my hand. It was done on a timely manner that helped with my out of pocket expenses

I feel you did a good job on the repair but will inform anyone I refer to make sure all parts are in before dropping off the vehicle.

The quality of the repair is excellent. I did notice under the fuel door the screws do not line up properly with the holes. Whatever was bent underneath was not straightened out properly. There is a very strong odor of paint inside the car that we are having issues getting rid of and there is a film on the inside of the front windshield that we have not been able to remove. We have cleaned the windshield three times and it is still not clean. Hopefully these are the only issues we find.
