The window tint was scratched through the repair process and not fixed. The seat that was replaced seems too big for the car, as the middle console won't slide. The car was left dirty and has a smell now like it got wet. Some of the parts that were supposed to be replaced, were reused and are scratched, like the door handle. The trunk was stuck and even though it opens now, it is difficult to close it. Finally, for some reason the car makes a terrible noise while I drive, like it's in the wrong gear.

The repairs were done quickly, however there are areas where the lines of the car are not flush with others. The side of the car that wasn't damaged has little gaps between the separate parts. On the damaged side there are noticeablely larger gaps. On my front end there is the same thing. The manager and body specialist did agree and said that they will fix the forementioned discrepancies. They were extremely polite and patient with me pointing out these things and I really appreciated it. Just waiting on the insurance company to confirm before bring back the car.

Did great work repairing our car and did it quickly upon taking it to them. We could have used a shuttle or complimentary ride when dropping it off and picking it up.

They tried to charge me $1500 when my deductible was $250 and argued with me and my insurance that I changed my policy (I didn’t) after speaking to my insurance company and reading yelp reviews I saw this was a common tactic this location used.
