Overall work was good. However, getting ahold of someone at the shop was frustrating especially since I work 730-5pm (Mon-Fri). Every time I called to get an update it gave a disconnection tone. The last week of my vehicle being in the shop is when I was finally notified by a worker. When I got the vehicle back there was over spray on all the windows of the passenger side, a fuse for my speaker in the trunk was missing, the front driver speaker in the door was blown out, as if the technician was jamming out while fixing my car & the passenger side tail light was cracked at the top.

Stephen and Joe were courteous, polite and extremely maticulous throughout the entire process, including the estimate of all repairs. Joe was reliable in keeping his word to update me on all progress via an email every day. Stephen personally showed us the final repairs, which were all completed ahead of time, and he followed through by sending an itemized list of completed work to the insurance company.
