The customer service was the only poor part about my experience with West Mesa. I was told on a Friday my car would be picked up Monday. Monday, I had to call to find out nothing was scheduled, and it would be picked up Wednesday. Wednesday I again had to call to find out it would be Friday. Friday I called again to confirm, and was told "we would see if they could make it", which thankfully it was picked up that day. I was in the middle of moving, so constantly being told one thing and to wait for someone, and then be told another time and date, and left in the dark each time was very unprofessional.

The two men I spoke with were very rude and kept giving me different stories with my car. Then I pick up my car and my back up sensor no longer works and my car makes a funny noise when I reverse. I called and left a message to have them call me and have yet to get a call back on it and when I call all I get is the voicemail box
