The day after I picked up my vehicle I noticed the bumper sticking out a bit but I haven’t had time to call. Stopped by today and was told there’s nothing they can do which is unfortunate because I paid a lot of money to get my car fixed

When I went to fill the gas tank I found paper and tape still covering the opening. Also when I brought it in I had just taken it to Silver Star Auto Haus. They did a full inspection and replaced the bulbs in the marker lights and parking lights. When I pick up the car from west Mesa they were not working on the front right side, the side of the repair. When I brought this to you attention I was told “oh, they are burnt out and dismissed” These should have been replaced by West Mesa no questions asked. Everything should be returned in correct working order.

Vehicle, came out absolutely awesome, couldn’t even tell it was keyed. There was overspray on the inside windows and a few spots on the outside, no biggie though came back and you guys fixed the problem. Overall satisfied with how it turned out.
