West Street Auto was amazing to work with from start to finish. Every single staff member I saw was extremely friendly and welcoming. I felt well taken care of and at ease (which is saying a lot as I have a lot of anxiety). There was a lot of communication before, during and after service with text message updates. They were quick to respond to any of my questions. Pickup was a breeze when it was ready and I was SO PLEASED with how beautifully detailed my vehicle was inside and out! The thank you note signed by the staff and the little gift bag were the cherry on top. I can’t say enough good things!
