I enjoyed my interactions with the office staff and the auto workers. They were pleasant from the initial phone call, made it easy to drop off car, understood that I had planned a trip the following week and offered to store the car without charge if the work was completed while I was away. This wasn’t necessary because they finished the job early but it took a lot of pressure off my trip planning anyway.
