The team was polite, thorough, and responsive. Tony went over all of the aspects of the repair work patiently. Shannon provided regular updates as she promised. Both of them are incredibly professional and great to work with. And of course, my car now looks great! This was not this first time I’ve gone to West Wind and if I ever need work done on my car again, then I won’t hesitate to go back.

Excellent work. Excellent communication. Tony and Shannon explained the insurance process and the billing and made it easy to understand. I can’t believe I could be this happy after such an awful accident to my truck. West Wind is an exceptional auto body shop.
