While it was difficult to obtain the correct parts they kept me informated along the way. Everything was a pleasant experiece from the intial call to tow my car to the end when they offered to return my rental car. They always pleasant and responsive.

The quality of the repair work was not was I was expecting. Noticed a defective part was installed when I got home and I immediately called them about it. Rather than, sorry about that we will take care of it. The scheduling for the work was mismanaged. I had to go back for the window tint and the missing door guards that were removed for the painting process. Door handle cap was removed improperly and was broken. I only found that out when I got home. Initially they denied it was their wrong doing, and they claim they didn't know how that part broke. But the part was removed to better blend the paint. The paint job was good.

Customer Service overall was good. There could be room for improvements. For example, I found problems at home after I picked up the car and I immediately called the shop and let them know. Rather than, ok, bring it back and we will take care of it. I was given lip services being told I should have caught it before leaving but we will take care it. As a former customer service rep, you should never tell the customer its their fault. The matter was taken care of in the end.
