Repairs seem to be great thus far. They said it was completed and expected me to take a look at the body and move on. It would have been nice for the person giving the car back to do a walk-through with me without me having to ask for him to pop the hood to check the replacements and look at the different parts that were originally damaged. But I understand that preference is not the same for all people.

I came here because of the reviews. They did not prove them wrong. The communication and service were excellent. 10/10 recommend. They ensured I had a ride to my rental car to and from!

I’m really glad I went with west wind for the repair- they communicated clearly and in a timely manner, finished when they said they would, and did a great job! I will definitely use them again if needed ( I actually plan on bringing the car back to be detailed)
