Very efficient and nice office staff. Nice surprise - when I picked up my vehicle they had vacuumed the carpet and cleaned the floor mats! Would definitely recommend Western MD Collision to family and friends.

My rear vent clip was broken off after I picked up my car. It was not broken prior to delivery. The repair work was great, however.
