This unfortunately is the second time we had our Equinox to thier shop. But fortunately they do excellent work. I would not take our vehicles anywhere else. They keep you in the loop as the repairs are going on. They are very professional and friendly. They even detail your vehicle once the repairs are completed. I give these folks a 10 out of 10. Excellent daily communication regarding status of repairs. Damaged areas of the car completely returned to mint condition! As a bonus the car was returned to me cleaner than it was when I took it in.

I’ve had work done on my Toyota Sienna from Toyota directly but wish I had used Western MD Collision because I know they would have done a better job.

This was not my first experience working with Western MD Collision. They always do great work. This time the vehicle manufacturer had an item on back order that was needed for my vehicle. Chloe went above & beyond to find the part and kept me posted the entire time. I would recommend them to anyone.
