It took almost 2.5 weeks for the shop to even start working on my vehicle resulting in my rental costing me an additional $364 dollars out of my pocket. I found a part that should of been installed under the hood jammed under the driver's seat. I have already noticed a missing part under the hood. Multiple parts are still broken (under the hood).
