While I’m very happy with the quality of the exterior repair and paint match, the overall experience was frustrating. From the beginning, there were multiple communication and organizational issues, including confusion during my estimate, errors with my rental reservation, and even receiving updates referring to my vehicle as the wrong make and model. Individually these may seem minor, but together they made it difficult to feel confident throughout the repair process. My biggest disappointment came at pickup. I specifically requested that the interior not be detailed, as I understand that the exterior needs to be done after painting, but it was done anyway. The detailing left greasy residue and handprints on my leather, dashboard, trim, and other interior surfaces, leaving my vehicle in almost worse condition inside than when I dropped it off. The body work itself deserves recognition—it looks excellent, and the paint blending was done very well. I just wish the customer service, communication, and attention to customer requests had matched the quality of the repair.
