The repairs on my truck were done well. My truck was expected to be done in a week in a half to 2 weeks. It was done before 2 weeks were up, as promised. It worked out great! My exhaust still needs replaced, but the parts are not in yet at no fault to the business. I was shocked to see parts left in back of my truck bed though. Not sure what to do with them or if they'll need them for the upcoming exhaust work, & I've not made time to call to inquire yet. I had called to see about paying additional money to also have my truck detailed & was told they clean it already for me. That's awesome! I said I'd love more than just floors done though, like my cup holders etc. I was told that will be done. Upon picking up my truck the floors were definitely done very well. It smelled very clean & looked great. I was disappointed the cup holders etc weren't actually done though. I truly wouldn't have minded paying extra for this service. Anytime I've called in regards to my truck work, & everyone is very professional & exceptionally kind every time. They return calls. They get answers. They have great customer service. Wheelers is always pleasant to do business with.
