Really not that impressed. My car was in the body shop for 2 weeks. Upon pick up right away I spotted an imperfection in the door being repaired. Also a scuff mark remained on the drivers door handle. Hard to believe something like that could go un noticed for two weeks in a well lit body shop. I couldn’t afford to be without my vehicle any longer, I accepted the work. I also requested a diagnosis of a vibration when they car was up to speed. The response was “we think it’s a drive shaft” diagnosis rate was something outrageous like $160 per hour, just to diagnose. All things pointed at, take your car somewhere else. I did so, the next place quickly identified the problem that the tires were out of balance, fixed my problem for half the price of a diagnostic fee at wheelers. I’m really not one to complain but you requested my feedback. I will say Laney did a fantastic job communicating everything with me. Feel free to contact me 941-448-9610

Some delays but was always informed. Auto body work is difficult and time consuming. Laney and Ben were on top of the issues. Would recommend Wheeler!!
