Dent in drivers door was not taken care of after I specifically showed the service writer and she said it would be taken care of. Truck is headed back into your shop on Monday for another front end alignment as my steering wheel is not straight.

Jessica and Mac were friendly and courteous in my limited interactions with them. Most of my interactions were with Ben and he is just outstanding! When we interacted in person he gave me 100% of his intention. He explained the claim and repair processes in detail and answered every question. He responded to texts and emails promptly. He figured out how to make my truck available when I had the opportunity to get a ride from souther Michigan to Cheboygan. He is thorough, courteous, and a pleasure to work with!

The time frame was a bit long for them to get started but I get it takes time to get the parts. Other than the 2 month waiting. I'm very happy. Car looks like new, they did a great job!
