Very happy with result. Staff was awesome. Other than it taking a long time but wasn’t wheelers fault. Didn’t know more damage was behind trunk until they began repairs and loved they got us a rental very smoothly but the car looks awesome. And we liked it was washed so nice when my husband picked it up. Excellent job to all. Thank you

They did an awesome job. The paint matches perfectly and you can't even tell there was any damage. Please tell everyone in the body shop they can be very proud of their work. I am extremely happy.

It took a while for the parts, but once work started, they kept me informed on the progress and a few decisions that were needed. I took the car with one more part to replace and discovered a couple tweaks that were needed - all completed in less than 30 minutes. Sarai and Mary Jo (I think that's her name) in the office and Eric were courteous, professional, and efficient.

The $800+ extra charge was for a calibration, but what was the $600+ extra charge for? Both of them added almost doubled the original estimate.

Sarai is pleasant to talk to both in person and over the phone. The customer service was exceptional. She made arrangements for a rental car and coordinated and extention when additional parts needed to be ordered. Very accommodating with communication due to my work schedule. Highly recommend Wheelers body shop.

The lady in the office, Sarai, was terrific! She was so pleasant and helpful. I was glad I chose Wheeler’s rather than the business that my insurance company recommended. Also I was given a “loaner” which was a lifesaver. My car repair looks great and ready when promised.
