I would suggest if it's going to be over what estimated time is to fix it- calling customers on updates especially if it goes over a week to let them know.

I did not feel like either person in the office at the body shop were very pleasant or on their a game when it came to making sure everything was prepared for fixing my car. There were parts that were not ordered which caused my car to be in the shop later. The gentleman in the office was very rude to me. When I asked him to look at some paint chips I had thought happened while my car was at the shop.

Have to take my truck back in to get my parking sensors working again. After having my truck for 3 weeks and nearly 11,000 dollars later and still not finished is ridiculous! Not very happy! How's that for feedback?
