We had referred many friends and family to whites that actually purchased or repaired vehicles with Whites. As of this last experience we will never use whites or referred whites. The disrespect and entitlement of the general manager in repair shop was unacceptable and uncalled for. Our insurance also was notified and our car was finished at a different location.

The parts used for my vehicle where used (note that used was not the problem) the problem is they where not even closed to matching the vehicle.

When bringing my concerns to the general manager at the repair shop he said as very rude and disrespectful. Racing his voice and yelling demands. Note we had taken 3 other vehicles in pass years and had no issues. Till our GMC Terrain.
