From start to finish Whitlock Collision was fantastic. They talked with me about the issues on my car. Travis examined every inch took pictures and said that they would work with the insurance company and give me an estimate as soon as possible and they did that and they gave me the time when my car would be ready and it was ready a day earlier than they had thought it would be. I was grateful I was able to discuss with Travis the issues that the insurance company was presenting and he completely understood and reassured me that all would be well and when I went to pick up my car it was. I highly recommend Whitlock Collision and their team. The office personnel were friendly and helpful. My car looks beautiful. They cleaned it inside and out which I hadn’t expected them to clean the inside, so I’m thrilled. I’ll go back to Whitlock Collision anytime and I highly recommend them to anyone.
