Mr Widener kept us very updated on what was being done at all levels and called us daily to let us know about the processes behind the scenes, progress and timelines - from when the vehicle was dropped off by the Insurance right up to when he called us over to pick it up. A stellar service indeed - 10/10. And the car drives like a brand new machine too after he fixed it.
