Had a nightmare experience with two separate dealerships, waiting nearly 4 months for collision repair without a single part ordered. Lee and the Widener team only had our vehicle at their shop for about 3 weeks, start to finish. The estimate was clear and straight-forward, reasonable timelines were set and kept, and I received regular updates throughout the process. I picked up a sparkling, clean vehicle and most importantly, their work made it look good as new. Never had reach for the checkbook either as the claim with the insurance company was handled seamlessly. Very impressed with the entire experience with Widener. My only regret is not going there in the first place!
