Absolutely horrible! They got paid for a full repair on my 2018 Toyota, with a fully functional package from the dealership! I hit a dear and needed repair! Now they gave me my car back not repaired right! Then tell me that a car that I've been driving didn't come with a front camera. Um 5 years that imaginary front camera worked! Taking advantage of a female shame on you! I fell a lawyer in my future. I have the paperwork to prove what my car was equipped with!

This is the second time I have had this particular car fixed here. The first time they told me to pick it up and they were still waiting for some clips for the car to come in. Which was back in February and they have yet to come in. It is now December. Now the recent one came and got my car and there was trash from the accident in the rear of my car. It was not cleaned. License plate was not fixed or replaced and I was still able to take it home, so no I am not satisfied with your service at all because y’all are not finishing the job but you’re getting paid for the job, I should get my $500 back because not all of the parts have come in and the service was not at good quality.

The mechanical department didn’t work with me to get my repairs done. I only wanted specific things done. They were insistent on doing more repairs than the vehicle is worth.

Ok, employees were nice, but a small dent and scratch on the hatch where the main damage was didn’t get fixed. Also realized the the blinker nor the brake light work where it was fixed. So I have to bring it back in now.
