I appreciated the email updates of the repairs along the way. The only issue I had with the process is the insurance was notified the reapir was completed prematurely, and I was told to return the rental car even though work was not done. The app I had access for repair updates for the car showed it wouldn't be ready for another day or two. I had to call insurance company to give me an extension on the rental car which they did. The workmanship was great. I am satisfied. Staff was very professional and courteous. I hope I never have to use your services again, but I certainly would return to do business, and recommend you to others. Thank you.

The quality of the area repaired was great. However, I am very miraculous when it comes to car care and conditions of my paint job. I have found several large scratches that I knew where not present when I dropped off my vehicle. When I picked up my car I didn’t notice because it was very close to closing time and the car had a mixture of pollen and rain so the scratches were not apparent.
