Not much communication. We went weeks not knowing what the status of our camper was. Or could we have used it until all parts were in. Missed out on some good camping weather this fall.

work was good. but the communication was terrible. I had a 5th wheel camper in for repair, I could still anf did camp with it waiting for parts to come in. When told parts are in, we dropped it off. But still waited over a month before it was done with no word from the shop. We could have used the camper during the good September weather, but had it sitting at the shop not knowing when it would be done.

I let everybody in Niagra, Wisconsin know about Wilson's. The only drawback is most people in Niagra,Wisconsin and the surrounding area Iron Mountain, Kingsford, Aurora, Florence, Chrystal falls, Pembine etc..are unaware of the great job that Wilson's does. Very little advertising. Most people thought they were no longer there.

The work was excellent! Detailing very well done. Brad, is very professional, extremely courteous and kind sense of humor. He alleviate my anxiety of the damage and the repairs that were needed. Great workmanship and the Detailing was well done.
