Job is well done. Thank you. How ever, the following can be improved: 1. Time took too long to get it done. 2. Collaborations between service manager and office manager can do better. I was called by one manager to pick up the car the next day, after I returned my rental car, on the way to pick up the car, then was told by the other manager that the car was not ready. I had to rent a car the second time. 3. The repair technicians lacked the professionalism. Whenever I bring my car to a repair shop, car seats and floor mats were always protected with plastic covers and paper mats. Winners circle did not cover the seats and floor mats from oil stains. The good thing is that they cleaned up the oil stains after I pointed out. But it take extra days to get work done.

Murphy was absolutely amazing!! His communication skills from beginning to end with my car was great. He reassured me that my car was going to be fine, and I know I could be a pain to work with sometimes. Hopefully I don't ever get into a car accident but if I do I'll ask my insurance to send me to this location again.
