Actual replacement was fast. All other aspects poor 1) I wasn't notified when three parts came as I was told they would. 2) A part I wanted , they couldn't get and they failed to notify me til the day I bought the cst in to be worked on. 3) Estimate was $419, but actual finalize bill was way over.

I thought Arnold is very nice and very professional. His enthusiasm and confidence he can make our car look a lot better and be fixed in about 3 days. Arnold kept us up to date each day on the progress and text message I can review the progress of repairs and estimated day to pick up.

They were very thorough on keeping me up-to-date as to where the vehicle was in the shop. They did a very nice job on it and I got it back in a timely manner. I am very pleased with it so far at this point, no problems and no issues.
