We mostly were happy with how friendly and kind your staff were towards us. When we picked up my pickup, Joel gave us a very thorough run down of everything that was done. He also assured us if we ran into any issues down the road involved with the repairs, to just get a hold of him and Wittrock would help us however they could to resolve the issue. Jody was pry one of the sweetest lady’s I’ve ever spoke with. Very kind and caring. I think the only issue we had throughout the process was communication issues. We got told my pickup was going to be done/ parts had arrived on certain dates, but then it would end up not being true what so ever. The wait time on getting your vehicle back has become ridiculous, mostly due to part shortages. Saying that, we understand some of that is out of your guys control. Especially with how hard it is to get parts in. At the end of the day we were pleased with how the truck came back looking immaculate, and your guys customer service skills! Thanks!

Was very satisfied with repairs it took a little longer than we expected but realized parts for a 2005 Town & Country are not exactly easy to acquire. We are always pleased with service we receive at Wittrocks and, of course, we will always be repeat customers. Thank You, Craig & Cindy Balm

Poor communication - was never able to provide eta for completion. Poor attention to detail - vehicle was returned missing retaining clip on weather boot, and painted door was not wiped down leaving visible swirl marks. Original estimate was 5 days, repair took 8 with only updates when I called to inquire - zero dealer initiated contact.
