I have been highly satisfied with the treatment of the customer since we purchased a Subaru. On the other hand the technology of the vehicle is a problem for someone who has the "King Midas touch for technology in reverse," Nevertheless the entire referral for repair at the body shop was handled with a minimum of hassle. I got an estimate and established a dateshortly after I needed help . I was told when it could be done; it was not delayed and my car was ready before the expected deadline. An service appt was added after the body work was done without any trouble and as usual the car was cleaned outside ( and inside).

Sean was very cooperative. I did like the updates via text message If the sales people and the service people are like the body shop people I’d recommend this organization anybody matter of fact I would buy a car if the Subaru was not to expensive ..thanks for everything you made it a worry free experience for my daughter after she hit a deer and was a bit traumatized..Happy New Year👍

Hello! Yes very, very pleased! We like how they notified us on the progress and time line, was happy with the loaner (just may have to trade in/up for the extra features i enjoyed!) and the car looks terrific, was very surprised how nicely the detail -cleaned the interior!! superior job..will highly recommend to friends/family and will have to plug W&L subaru motors/collision center on Facebook/social media for the superb job and service we received..and was always treated very friendly by all employees!! great job all way around! thank you !! absolutely recommend and already did!! daughter in law is a Mazda lover and will now plan on going to W & L Mazda for future car care etc.. the dealers she visited in Muncy/ Hazelton..she felt they did not treat them very well. We highly recommended W & L now!!
