The whole experience was exceptional. The initial visit for the estimate was quick and efficient. Sean brought a loner car to me and brought my car back to me when repairs were completed. The repair is flawless. My car was returned to me cleaner than any time since I bought it, I'm ashamed to say, and I very much appreciate it. I was treated professionally and courteously at all times. W&L has always made me feel valued as a customer, and I can't imagine purchasing a car from anywhere else. Now I know that the collision repair department is every bit as excellent as the sales and service departments. Thank you very much!
