I feel like Rusty and Sean went above and beyond to help me keep my car when my insurance company wanted to mark it as a total loss. I was stressed and anxious when I got the call but thankfully Rusty was able bring the cost to repair right below my insurance company’s threshold. Not only did these guys save my car they let me use a loaner vehicle the entire time mine was getting repaired and they were super communicative and understanding when I had questions throughout the entire process. Not to mention the work they did looks incredible and you can’t even tell the car was damaged before. By far the best experience I’ve had with any shop in my life time. Thanks again guys, I truly appreciate it!!

This was absolutely the best experience from working with Nationwide to working with W&L Subaru! Everything went great, W&L customer service and the workmanship was amazing! Nationwide was immediately on top of my claim and had my car towed the same morning that I hit the deer. Amazing service all around.
