Only problem was resolved. I was told on Tue 3/8 that my car would be ready today @ 4:30p. I came down to Lancaster & got a call that there were parts yet to come in & I said that was unacceptable. When a promise is made arrangements are made. I don't live in Lancaster. I wasn't going to come back to Lanc. til my car was done, when I got the call that my car would be ready that's what I expected so I drove the 100 miles to Lancaster to get my car. So I was upset that I might not have gotten my car today, but the issue was resolved & promise was kept by Kristin. Thanks again.

I was ecstatic when I picked up my car on Friday! It looked like a new car, inside and out! The body work and the paint job is beautiful. I was amazed that the whole inside of my car was vacuumed and wiped down to like new condition. Thank you so much to all who worked on my car. Also, Leslie was very professional in the appraisal process and communicated well during the repairs, as did the receptionist whenever I called or stopped in.
