The customer service at Wolford Collision was some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They were so friendly as they walked me through the initial process. They also helped me with the rental car process. I always knew what to expect because they were so good at communicating throughout the entire process on what was happening and if there were going to be delays.

Work is quality and looks like new, even cleaned inside like new. Employees were considerate and helpful. My only problem was that I didn’t have my car for nearly a month but apparently that was because of amount of repair required.

My mirror adjuster is tipped to the side now and won’t allow me to adjust mirrors. I just called and they said to pop in and they’d look at it, I hope it’s a one day or less repair.
