This is the second time I have used your guy's body shop. The first time was very pleased with my wife's car. The second time was my truck is was very dissatisfied again. I do not like being lied to tell me straight up

There were plastic parts that I thought should have been replaced and didn't get replaced on my front bumper

I don't like being lied to. The manager of the shop said that he had the bumper and was painted and ready to put on and I come back 3 days later and he said that he had ordered the wrong bumper and I had to order another one also said that it was going to be done sooner then we he agreed to find.

I had to reschedule my appointment with Chris in the auto body shop 3 times because of health problems my daughter was having. Chris was very understanding every time and when l finally got it in he and his team worked very hard to get my car back to me asap and they did a beautiful job.
