You did a great job. Your people in the service area and bump shop are great. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Also working with Breck was a dream. I never had an issue. He took care of everything.

The job was not completed as it was estimated for. There was clear coat that was not done and there was clear coat that wasn't smooth out before spraying clear back over it. There was a support bracket for the fender that was straightened out and never repainted because the paint is chipped and Is flaking off. Body shop manager Brock said "i dont know how you got your insurance to pay for the clear coat because it was someone else bad work". The insurance is paying for it and i paid my deductible so it needs done right. Brock stated that he will get me back on the schedule to get back in and get it fixed but hes hoping for a cancelation. I yet have received a call on a date to bring it in. My insurance company has been notified about the work that was and was not done.

It took over a month before they started working on it, I don't think that he even ordered the parts for at least three weeks. He kept saying that he was going to start on it in a couple of days and a week later it would still be sitting outside in the same place. He kept coming up with one excuse after another.
