James (Spike)and Taylor are the definition of amazing customer service! I spoke with Spike several times before I brought my car in for service. He helped me with some insurance/process questions I had and made the process super easy. I brought my car in to the body shop for repairs and picked up a rental car that was a major downgrade from my vehicle and the next day when there was a snow/ice storm, I felt very unsafe, especially with the possibility of having two children with me. I called Spike, who answered - ON HIS VACATION- and had me talk to Taylor who not only arranged for me to have an upgraded rental, also arranged to have it delivered to me at work. Those are the kinds of things that impress me, anything that saves me time is a plus but actually hearing my concerns about driving my 7 year old niece and 4 year old nephew around when thereâs snow and ice on the roads and then immediately taking action without me having to do anything else - THATâS customer service! When Taylor called to tell me my car was finished, I asked if she could have the oil changed and she had it arranged immediately. I wouldnât take my car anywhere else and have already referred people to them. Taking the fear out of having your vehicle worked on is priceless! Thanks for all you do! Keep up the good work!
